"Absolutely horrible customer service! I am due a refund for cancellation of a policy. I have been trying to get the refund for months. Corporate tells me it’s an agent issue. I went to the agent office today and calmly asked for my refund to be processed. The office manager, Austin, threatened to have me trespassed. How am I supposed to get help if the local office won’t help and corporate says go to the local office? I asked for a quote on the total monthly price of car insurance for my two new vehicles. Austin told me $250, then I received a bill for $514. Austin says it was a miscommunication, but I clearly asked for my “total monthly payment for both cars”. Austin also allowed someone to make unauthorized changes to my account. Whenever an issue arises, he just denies that it happened. He has lied repeatedly. Austin is rude and attempts to degrade and speak to me as if I am stupid. He should not be allowed to work with the public. If you want good customer service, take your business elsewhere!!"

"EDIT#2 3/20/24- I have requested at least 3 times to never be contacted again by this office, and yet they continue to contact me. They can't even properly remove someone from their call lists, which is ILLEGAL. At a bare minimum there should be a note on my file to not contact me, but they wouldn't read it anyway. EDIT 11/8/2023- In the 8 months since I cancelled our coverage with TB state Farm, they have continued to show their incompetence and blatant disregard for requests. A week ago one of their sales team called me to see if I was interested in coming back. I requested that they not contact me in the future and yet today, they called again. They aren't even capable of reading account history and respecting boundaries. Why trust your cars and house with them? Original post: If I could give zero stars, I would. We've had coverage with this State Farm office for 4 years and its been incompetence from the very beginning. They routinely incorrectly submit and assess vehicles and they have had my husbands account mixed up with a man with the same name but 5 years younger for all of the years we've had service. They change the addresses and contact information on files without confirming they're changing the proper file. These people shouldn't be trusted with your sensitive information or the insurance for your most important assets. Pick someone else, for your own sake."
