"As a representative of State Farm/Trevor Butcher agency, and as a person, Austin Johnson was professional, thorough, kind, and responsive to ALL of my many questions. I reached out to him from the Birmingham area based on good information and a recommendation from someone close to me. I wanted to see if I could do better on rates than I had with another major insurer.
